Do I have to pay more if you come out with a new version?

How do I cancel my subscription if I am unhappy?

Can I use SearchLink.ai to create lists?
SearchLink.ai is not a list building tool. You can, however, use SearchLink.ai to find decision makers within an industry, with a certain job title, in a location, and more. And you can use SearchLink.ai to locate companies by location, industry, employee size, or revenue. However, remember that the results will appear as search engine results so they're not downloadable like you might find with a traditional list building tool.
Is SearchLink.ai a Proprietary Database?
No, SearchLink.ai is NOT a database. It is, however, a HUGE time saver. Imagine if you could go to LinkedIn, Google, and other online information sources and ask them to build a search resource just for what you care about. That is SearchLink.ai. You could use a search engine like Google combined with other Websites to find the information on your own. However, you would need to know how to craft complex mathematical Boolean equations and/or know the correct websites to even visit. And for some searches, you'd spend hours trying to find the same information that SearchLink.ai delivers in just seconds.
Don't the Advanced Search features in a search engine offer the same functionality as SearchLink.ai?
Yes and no. The Advanced features offered with some search engines do allow you to find information without having to know Boolean. However, you would still need to know what information to enter to find specific results. For example, if you're looking for someone in charge of human resources at a company, you would know how to enter "human resources" and the company name into a search engine, and you would generate good results. Yet what if the person's job title was "chief people officer" or "director of culture" or "vice president of talent." Your search would miss all of those decision makers.
